Why am I getting bitten during the day?
Invasive Aedes mosquitoes, now established across much of Southern California, bite during the day — unlike the native mosquitoes most people grew up with, which are active at dusk and night.
Will one treatment get rid of mosquitoes?
A single treatment brings numbers down, but new mosquitoes keep arriving and hatching all season. Consistent results come from removing breeding sites and repeating treatments through the warm months.
I have no pool or pond — where are they coming from?
Small containers. Aedes mosquitoes breed in very small amounts of water: saucers, drains, gutters, and even bottle caps. We find these during the yard inspection.
Is the treatment safe for my family, pets, and garden?
We target mosquito resting areas rather than blanketing the yard, and avoid flowering plants where pollinators feed. Your technician will tell you how long to keep kids and pets off treated areas.
